Zywave’s Fall 2025 Launch: Powering Accelerated Producer Success and Relationship-Driven Efficiency

We’re excited to share the details of our Fall 2025 Launch with you. This launch showcases our commitment to innovation by introducing impactful upgrades across the Zywave product suite.

The enhancements we’re unveiling are designed to supercharge producer performance and streamline relationship-driven workflows. For insurers, brokers, and service providers, the latest Zywave solution upgrades act as a Performance Multiplier—fueling sustainable growth in a landscape defined by rising complexity and risk.

Our Fall 2025 Launch centers around three strategic pillars: Elevating Human Performance, Providing an Ecosystem Advantage, and Delivering Unrivaled Data and Content. Together, these updates empower brokers, insurers, service providers, and the end users to work smarter and faster than ever before.

Elevating Human Performance

Even as technology connects the world as never before, human connection remains paramount in the insurance industry. At its core, insurance is designed to protect people against a wide variety of occurrences that impact their well-being in both personal and professional situations. Interpersonal interaction remains part of that process.
Here are some enhancements we’re releasing to help maximize performance productivity:

  • BrokerageBuilder: We’re improving data synchronization with policy management functions in Zywave’s core platform to help strengthen user workflows. This includes new capabilities for AI-powered data extractions of Summary of Benefits & Coverage documents.
  • Client Cloud & Client Engagement Suite: Our newest innovations to these solutions unlock opportunities for greater portal customization. We’re expanding personalization across the platform with a reimagined top navigation, image integration, additional color schemes, content folders, and pinning features.
  • Partner Platform: We’re continuing to boost the user experience of Partner Platform by moving the Tools menu, Invoicing, Daily Processing, ACORD forms and coverage template to the web. Users will enjoy a simpler interface, anywhere access, faster updates, and streamlined workflows, making critical agency tools easier and more efficient than ever.
  • Policy Settings and Administration: We’re enhancing the settings within Zywave’s core platform capabilities to provide system administrators more control when configuring fees, managing payees, and setting which policy types users can access.

Ecosystem Advantage

Getting coverage into the hands of consumers is one of the most critical tasks insurance providers have. Revenue, reputation, and business viability depend on it. And while technology has expanded the marketplace for coverage, it’s also increased the challenges associated with making those mission-critical connections.

Here are some enhancements that we’re releasing to optimize distribution connectivity:

  • Cyber Quoting: We’re introducing the ability to bind directly within Cyber Quoting, without requiring carrier site visits or additional steps. Users can now quote, bind, and access policy documents in one tool for faster workflows, greater accuracy, and easier training.
  • ClarionDoor – Commercial Package Modification Support: We’re adding support for ISO commercial Package Modifications to the ClarionDoor base system, giving users more control and consistency when applying rating adjustments across policies. These include policy-level selection of package modifications, override flexibility at the occurrence level, and integrated RMF calculations that automatically include the applicable package modification.
  • ClarionDoor – Transaction Setup: We’re adding built-in support for common policy transactions – including cancellation and reinstatement reasons – within our Base Content Transaction Set-up. This provides a standardized framework for handling transactions, making it easier for users to accelerate implementation, improve operational accuracy and reduce customization needs across client environments.
  • CPQ – Benefits – Expanded Employee Navigator Integration: We’re expanding the Employee Navigator integration with CPQ – Benefits to streamline quoting and enrollment. Users can now import census info from Employee Navigator into the quote, and push sold dental and vision plan data along with medical plans, all without extra activation steps.
  • CPQ – Benefits – Key Proposal Enhancements: We’re unveiling the ability for users to add plans from carriers that are not within their current inventory. Within the proposals in Excel, formulas are now included to allow brokers to manage employee selections. This update also allows brokers to automatically recalculate proposals to provide accurate financial insights without manual adjustments.
  • Expanded Carriers & Coverage Lines: We’re adding eleven carriers across 17 states within our Auto and Home quoting solution (TurboRater). We’re also adding a Medical Level Funded carrier to 20 states, and a Vision and Dental carrier to 47 states within our Employee Benefits quoting solution (CPQ Benefits). Within Commercial, Excess & Surplus lines, we’re adding four carriers across three lines of coverage.   • Personal Lines Quoting API: We’re adding additional flood carriers to the Personal Lines Quoting API to allow quoting directly into agency workflows. With expanded carrier access, agencies get faster responses, fewer manual steps, and seamless integration. And carriers gain smarter distribution through access to more than 8,000 active agents.

Unrivaled Data and Content

The insurance industry is in the midst of a digital transformation. As technological advances connect the insurance ecosystem like never before, rounds of Merger and Acquisition activity have consolidated the pool of producers. The promise of success has never been greater, but the path to success has never been more treacherous.

Here are some data and content enhancements that we’re releasing to help unlock faster organic growth and improved sales for insurance organizations:

  • Content Cloud: We’re adding materials to a dedicated Producer Validation suite of resources – designed to help insurance professionals through their first year and beyond. Additionally, we’re introducing upgraded branding capabilities to give users greater precision when managing multiple organization logos and name settings on content assets.
  • miEdge – Broker Search Updates: We’re enhancing the dashboard for the Broker Search experience with new details – including broker revenue, written premium, and location-specific client details – that will allow insurance carriers and service providers to assess strategic partnership opportunities more effectively.
  • miEdge – Company Search Enhancements: We’re enhancing contact data – including LinkedIn profile and mobile phone information – across the company search experience. This enhanced data will help brokers and agents connect with 13 million key representatives of companies across the United States. The upgraded contacts will allow producers to initiate prospecting conversations with confidence.

Additionally, the debut of in-product enterprise reporting will offer administrators direct visibility into user-based license reporting, usage data, and organizational hierarchies. This simplifies the processes of tracking licenses, monitoring adoption, and understanding organizational usage across Zywave’s suite of solutions.
