At Zywave, innovation isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a commitment. Our 2025 Summer Launch reflects this dedication by delivering powerful enhancements across our product portfolio.
The innovations in the 2025 Summer Launch are meant to accelerate producer success and relationship-driven efficiency. They provide the insurers, brokers and service providers that use Zywave solutions with a Performance Multiplier designed to drive profitable growth in an environment of escalating risk.
We’re excited to share a new way of keeping our customers and prospective customers informed about our latest product updates. Moving forward, we’ll host a quarterly webinar to walk through recent releases and share insights behind the updates.
We’ll also continue to send a monthly innovation update email to our customers, featuring a curated roundup of newly released features across the Zywave portfolio. Customers will also continue to see in-product messaging when new features are released so they can explore what’s new right when it matters most.
This new approach is all about ensuring clarity and consistency when keeping our customers and prospective customers in the loop.
Our 2025 Summer Launch centers around three strategic pillars: Elevating Human Performance, Providing an Ecosystem Advantage, and Delivering Unrivaled Data and Content. Together, these updates empower brokers, insurers, service providers, and the end users they serve to work smarter and faster than ever before.
Elevating Human Performance
Even as technology connects the world as never before, human connection remains paramount in the insurance industry. At its core, insurance is designed to protect people against a wide variety of occurrences that impact their well-being in both personal and professional situations. Interpersonal interaction remains part of that process.
At Zywave, we’ve focused much of our innovation on strengthening the connection between providers and consumers of coverage. That’s why Elevating Human Performance through an Enhanced Digital Client Experience is one of the core pillars of our 2025 Summer Launch. We’ve focused on innovations that help providers improve efficiency within the client experience while also boosting sentiments of client empowerment.
- Account Management and Policy Data: We’ve provided users with a modern, centralized experience for managing customers and prospects. We’ve also enhanced data entry processes with automatic pre-fill for key fields – such as client or prospect websites, revenue, employee size, address and key contacts. These initiatives enable improved tracking and customer journey management.
- AI-Powered Data Extraction from Summary of Benefits & Coverage: We’ve streamlined the process of entering benefit coverage data by utilizing an AI-powered workflow that promises to save time and increase efficiency during renewals.
- BrokerageBuilder – Policy Data Integration: This enhanced integration allows users to automatically generate policy-driven lists directly from data in their benefits management system. The integration can enhance both targeting and client communication.
- Client Cloud & Client Engagement Suite: Our newest innovations to these solutions unlock dynamic, real-time updates to end-user employee handbooks and multi-state comparisons, both of which can aid in boosting client retention. Updates include the ability to proactively notify users when there are changes to policies that could impact their handbook, as well as the option to access industry and state-specific policies. Additionally, several courses within Zywave’s renowned Learning Management System have been updated with new information.
- Key Industry Integrations: We’ve expanded the scope of our available integrations to help automate data processing, reduce redundant data entry and streamline workflows.
- Marketing Automation – Policy Based Marketing: We’ve enhanced list management capabilities, allowing users to design dynamic marketing campaigns based on policy information. New filter options include policy type, carrier and renewal date. Incorporating these filters into marketing automation motions can improve customer outreach and engagement.
- Partner Platform – Integration to Zywave Suite: We’ve enhanced the user experience and security of our Partner Platform solution. Recently released improvements bring more Partner Platform features into web-based workflows, improving the flow of Agency Management System data within the Zywave ecosystem.
Ecosystem Advantage
Getting coverage into the hands of consumers is one of the most critical tasks insurance providers have. Revenue, reputation and business viability depend on it. And while technology has expanded the marketplace for coverage, it’s also increased the challenges associated with making those mission-critical connections.
Zywave is committed to this cause. As an industry leader in distribution connectivity, we help facilitate billions of dollars of gross written premium across major insurance markets. As we work to improve the quoting and placement experience, we’ve made providing an Ecosystem Advantage through Differentiated Distribution another core pillar of our 2025 Summer Launch. The improvements we’ve unveiled are meant to benefit insurers, service providers and brokers alike as they work to get the right coverage options into the hands of consumers.
- ClarionDoor: We’ve expanded industry-based rating content available within the platform with the addition of AAIS Commercial Output Program (COP) and ISO Commercial Automobile New Class Plan. These expansions significantly reduce rate configuration requirements while improving precision in rate calculations.
- Expanded Carriers & Coverage Lines: We’ve added nine carriers across 15 different states within our Auto quoting solution (TurboRater). We’ve also added six Medical Affordable Care Act carriers, one Vision carrier, and one Dental carrier across 48 states in our Employee Benefits quoting solution (CPQ Benefits). Within Commercial, Excess & Surplus lines, we’ve added 15 carriers across nine lines of coverage.
- Zywave CPQ – Benefits: We’ve enhanced the Dental & Vision shopping experience to allow for a comprehensive view of insurance options. This new view substantially improves the quoting process.
- Personal Lines Quoting: We’ve added Flood coverage as an available line of business for Personal Lines quoting. This addition allows insurers to grow quote volume and brokers to surface and compare rates in an efficient quoting workflow.
- MGA Hub: We’ve added the ability for users to surface bindable quotes within MGA Hub from select carriers. Bindable quotes can help streamline the quoting process and ensure greater fidelity in the quoting workflow.
Unrivaled Data and Content
The insurance industry is in the midst of a transformation. As technological advances connect the insurance ecosystem like never before, rounds of Merger and Acquisition activity have consolidated the pool of producers. The promise of success has never been greater, but the path to success has never been more treacherous.
Zywave is uniquely positioned to help insurance producers thrive in this modern environment. Our Unrivaled Data and Content can unlock Faster Organic growth, thereby improving sales performance and helping organizations thrive. We’ve focused on boosting these capabilities under the third pillar of our 2025 Summer Launch with the unveiling of several substantial innovations.
- Content Cloud – AI-Powered Search Improvements: We’ve unveiled an AI Assistant within the user interface. The AI assistant, which utilizes Content Cloud’s industry-leading repository of information for its responses, allows users to get answers for critical insurance inquiries faster.
- miEdge – Broker Search Enhancements: We’ve added new filters to the Broker Search experience to allow users to search for brokers more granularly on the characteristics of their specific book of business – including lines of coverage served and client characteristics. These additions help insurance carriers to more easily target relevant broker information. They can also help insurers, service providers, and large brokers with in-house Managing General Agencies (MGAs) unlock more strategic partnership conversations.
- P&C OneSource – User Interface Improvements: We’ve introduced an updated user interface that enables more granular targeting of specific ISO Forms, while also improving back-end automation of Commercial Lines Manual resources. These improvements equip users to identify and access relevant content faster.
