Data in Motion: 4 Things to Know About Zywave’s Spring 2026 Launch

Table Of Contents

Zywave’s Spring 2026 product launch centered on one idea: your data should already be doing the work. The theme, “data in motion,” is a direct response to some of the most common pain points insurance professionals experience.

At Zywave’s Spring 2026 launch webinar, Vice Presidents of Product Management Rose Hancock and Sherrie Clevenger walked through one central idea: your data should already be doing the work. Every release this quarter was built around eliminating the friction between where data lives and where it needs to go. This means no duplicate entry, no manual setup, no time lost to administrative tasks that technology should be handling.

Here’s a breakdown of the four most important things Zywave’s experts covered, and what each one means for your agency.

1. Prospecting Data Now Flows Directly Into Your Existing Tools

One of the most practical releases this quarter came from miEdge. Agencies can now bulk export premium company contacts, broker contacts, and book-of-business data directly into their CRM, email platform, or sales lists with no manual re-entry required.

For insurance producers building targeted outreach lists, this removes a time-consuming step that was quietly eating into prospecting capacity. The data is already in miEdge. Now it automatically moves where you need it.

2. AI-Powered Cyber Quoting Just Got Significantly Faster

Three meaningful upgrades landed in Zywave’s cyber quoting workflow this quarter, and together they change what the process looks like from start to finish.

First, a downloadable Quote Letter PDF turns carrier comparisons into a clean, professional deliverable clients can act on immediately. Second, retail agents can now quote cyber directly without wholesaler dependency, removing a layer of friction that was slowing down distribution.

Third, and most significantly, an AI-powered email intake service reads incoming cyber submissions and builds the quote automatically from the email and its attachments. For insurance agencies managing high volumes of cyber submissions, this enhancement alone changes the throughput equation considerably.

3. Compliance Documents Now Build From Your Policy Data

Benefits agencies have historically had to re-enter plan data manually every time a compliance document needed to be created. That step is gone. Plan header data and eligibility information now flow directly from Core Policies into Benefit Document Builder, populating ERISA-compliant Wrap documents and SPDs from the policy data that already lives in the system.

This quarter also introduced ICHRA plan documents and Dependent Care FSA plan documents inside BDB, expanding the range of benefit structures the platform can support as employer adoption of both continues to grow.

4. Commercial Analytics Now Starts With the Data Already Filled In

Setting up a benchmarking analysis in Commercial Analytics used to begin with setup, including finding a company, then manually re-entering information before running a single benchmark. Zywave’s latest release removes the friction from that process.

The company you’ve already identified in the platform pre-fills your analysis automatically, peer group parameters included. Company hierarchy is also now surfaced directly in the search, giving producers working with parent companies and their subsidiaries a complete organizational picture before they walk into the room.

For brokers working complex commercial accounts, that context changes the quality of the renewal conversation before it starts.

What’s Coming Next

Zywave’s next launch is already taking shape. Key items on the roadmap include the Advisor Agent, which will surface renewal priorities, cross-sell opportunities, and coverage recommendations directly from the book of business. Zywave MCP integrations will connect comprehensive Zywave data to AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT. And continued enhancements to the AI Producer Agent will add to the prospecting and outreach capabilities introduced earlier this year.

The Spring release put data in motion across prospecting, quoting, compliance, and analytics. Summer looks to push that further.
