Tom Fink joined Zywave's senior leadership team as interim Chief Financial Officer in 2026. He brings more than 30 years of executive finance leadership across SaaS, technology, commercial finance, and investment banking, with deep experience guiding private equity-backed portfolio companies through growth and transformation. His expertise spans strategic planning, M&A, and financial operations, most recently serving as CFO of another large, PE-owned B2B SaaS company. Tom earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
