Most insurance agencies are struggling with the same invisible problem. The data is there. The workflows are there. The team is capable. But somewhere between the insight and the action, time disappears into tasks like manual data entry, duplicate setup steps, and the kind of administrative friction that causes delays and frustrations.
Zywave’s Spring 2026 release is built around eliminating that gap and introducing actionable change. This quarter’s updates share a single organizing theme: data mobility. Information moves where it needs to go automatically — from prospecting tools into CRMs, from policy records into compliance documents, from incoming emails into quotes. The result is an insurance agency workflow that runs the way it should, with your team’s energy focused on the work that matters.
Insurance Agency Productivity Starts With Data That Moves
The biggest productivity drain in most insurance agencies isn’t a lack of effort, it’s a lack of connectivity. When prospect data lives in one place and your CRM lives in another, someone has to bridge that gap manually.
When policy data doesn’t flow into compliance documents automatically, someone has to re-enter it. Every one of those manual steps is time your team isn’t spending with clients.
What’s New This Quarter
This quarter’s releases address that problem across four core areas of agency operations: prospecting, quoting, analytics, and compliance. In each case, the update removes a manual step that was costing your team time without adding value.
- Prospecting that starts with better data. Export premium company contacts and broker data directly into the CRM, email platform, or sales list your team already uses. The prospecting workflow now starts where your data already lives — and ends with better results.
- Cyber quoting that moves faster. An AI-powered email intake service automatically generates cyber quotes from incoming messages and attachments. Combined with a downloadable Quote Letter PDF for carrier comparison and direct retailer quoting access, the entire cyber quoting workflow is faster, more accessible, and less dependent on manual intervention.
- Analytics that set themselves up. Enhanced company search in Commercial Analytics automatically populates key parameters and surfaces company hierarchy before users dive into analysis — so less time goes to setup and more goes to the insights that inform client conversations.
- Compliance documents that reflect your data. Plan header data and eligibility information now transfer directly from Core Policies into Benefit Document Builder, eliminating manual entry and keeping ERISA-compliant documents accurate without extra effort.
- Plan expansion. New ICHRA plan document and SPD templates — expanding coverage for individual coverage, HRA arrangements, new Dependent Care FSA plan document and SPD templates, expanded eligibility support for employers with different benefit rules across employee classes. Reviewed and revised existing templates for accuracy and compliance.
- Core policy integration. Transfer plan header data and eligibility from Core Policies directly into BDB. Eliminates manual data entry for ERISA-compliant Wrap documents and SPDs. Accuracy and compliance built in from the start
With these exciting updates, we’re enabling your team to spend less time re-entering information and more time acting on it.
