Get equipped: Four off-renewal ways to show your clients you care

Off renewal, why not extend the feelings of goodwill by reaching out to your clients to express your sincere appreciation? We’ve got a few ideas on quick and creative ways to show your clients that you’re thinking of them at more than just renewal time.

Broker Briefcase resource catalog

Flowers wilt, so for a longer-lasting way to say you care, why not share the Broker Briefcase Resource Catalog with your clients and ask if they’d like to select any particular materials? To build the report, select Reports > Template Reports and follow the wizard from there. It’s an impressive list of the templates available to you in Broker Briefcase, and it will remind your clients that you’re prepared to provide them with credible, personally tailored information that meets their needs.

Offer employee surveys

What employer wouldn’t like the chance to take the pulse of their number one asset — their employees? Offer the chance to obtain meaningful feedback from employees by sharing employee surveys on topics from safety to wellness programs. Simply type “survey” into the Keyword Search to uncover available resources.

Lunch & Learns

Demonstrate your proactive interest in your clients by offering them a Lunch & Learn on a topic you’ll know will be of interest to them. Need help getting ready? All the materials you need for a Lunch & Learn, from table tents to a set-up guide and a follow-up survey, are available in your Broker Briefcase. Type “lunch” into the Keyword Search, and you’re ready to start.

Post photos on your client portal

If you offer a Lunch & Learn or attend an event with clients, take along a digital camera and snap a few shots of the group. You can post these on your client’s MyWave® or MyWave Elements™ site in the same way you post a document via the AgencyFuel Post a Document feature. Now, that’s high-touch and high tech (and they’ll never know how easy it was).
